Do not stay here. Don't waste your money or time. Read the other reviews before you book, I didn't, and now I regret it. Has AC, let's be clear, they have a small unit, but the rooms are OPEN TO ATMOSPHERE!!! WHAT THE HECK? What do you plan to cool off with open corners in the room? I haven't been able to get a dime back, and we didn't stay a single night there. The attendant assured us we would get a refund minus one night. Nothing, nothing, nothing, booking. Com isn't helping either. Buyer beware, save your money, and don't give these folks a dime.

When I came here last year, the sound from the town was so loud that we couldn’t sleep. They didn’t have earplugs to accommodate this issue. As a $300+ a night establishment, I would expect better. The service for food and drinks was also extremely slow. We waited 40 minutes for two margaritas. To make matters worse, the person making them was sick and coughing all over them, getting us sick for the final leg of our trip. No apologies whatsoever for any of the issues we experienced, and no refund for the food that made us sick. The location is very inconvenient. Save your money, stay away from this overpriced, garbage hotel.

I had a client who was leading a yoga retreat. This place has bad vibes, too many rules, and a lack of customer service (i.e. nonrefundable). It's definitely not worth the overpricing for what they have versus other stays around Sayulita. If you want problems, definitely book here! This stay is for people who don't do their research and also for people who want an annoyance away from home. The staff are bean counters.. meaning that they are into as much money they can squeeze out of you for the least amount of effort. I'm trying to leave this review as a way to warn people. My wording in this review is more about how sketchy this place is.

visited Siete Lunas 4 years ago and enjoyed my stay and decided to take my family back. I was very disappointed and embarrassed by our stay recently. The service was poor. We had confirmed our time of arrival to the location 1 wk prior (which was at 3:30pm) but when we arrived, no one was there to let us on to the grounds. After knocking, and calling for help, a member of our party jumped the gate to let us in. Our check in was delayed because the front desk personal was also making drinks for guests at the pool. One party member’ bed broke (twice) in the middle of the night. They do not have 24 hour staff, there is no one on the premise at night to fix the bed or to offer another bedding option. They occurred 2 out of the 4 nights we stayed there. Another party’s room was missing the netting that keeps wild animals out do the room- making it very easily for raccoons to enter their room. They offered breakfast in our rooms, however when we followed instructions to request this, no breakfast was received the next day. They have a limited drink and food menus during specific hours of the day, but it expensive and takes time. We ordered to glasses of wine at the pool and waited over 30 minutes to receive it. The grounds were dirty, I would often find mouse poop in our room. The pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned recently as there was a lot of dirt in it. I felt the staff was short staffed and unable to provide the needed service to operate the hotel. The hotel is on a large hill, which provides beautiful views and can be very relaxing away from the city. The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the town on a hilly dirt road with no lights, which can make it difficult to assess especially at night.
